    Try McMaster-Carr. If they don't have it (industrial wise) you don't need it!

    You can also talk to a silicone molder since they use some of theses.

    If McMaster doesn't have anything, would it be an issue to have your tool shop grind the tip of the ejector pins to a point? not a huge one, just enough for it to not have any suction that keeps it on the pins.
