Very Hot Water
Hello,
Has anyone used pressurized hot water, up to 400f!, using specialized equipment, instead of hot oil, and can give me pros and cons. (Considering equipment of such from a company called Mokon)
Thx!

Re: Very Hot Water
It seems a bit dangerous, to keep water from boiling at 400f it needs to be close to 250psi

Re: Very Hot Water
Water is a MUCH better conductor than hot oil. We run water temps up to 325 without issue, using water units designed to run water above boiling point. Some do go as high as 400F. Pressurized systems dont allow water to boil/turn to steam...i.e. HB Therm.
